Heavy Rain Alert - బంగాళాఖాతంలో ఏర్పడిన ఉపరితల ఆవర్తన ప్రభావం వల్ల ఏపీలో భారీ వర్షాలు కురుస్తోన్నాయి. ఉత్తరాంధ్ర సహా, దక్షిణ తీర ప్రాంత జిల్లాలు, రాయలసీమలో అక్కడక్కడ పిడుగులతో కూడిన వర్షపాతం నమోదవుతోంది. ఇదే పరిస్థితి మరో మూడు రోజుల పాటు కొనసాగే అవకాశాలు ఉన్నాయి. ఈ అల్పపీడనం శుక్రవారం మరింత బలపడింది. వాయుగుండంగా రూపాంతరం చెందింది. ప్రస్తుతం బంగాళాఖాతం ఉత్తర ప్రాంతంలో కేంద్రీకృతమై ఉంది. వచ్చే 24 గంటల్లో ఇది వాయవ్య దిశగా కదులుతుందని, మరింత బలపడటానికి వాతావరణ పరిస్థితులు అనుకూలంగా ఉన్నాయని తెలిపింది.
A surface level cyclonic circulation formed over the Bay of Bengal has now intensified into a well-marked low-pressure area, triggering heavy rainfall across coastal and interior regions of Andhra Pradesh.
